TeamSnap Acquires Korrio

Boulder-based sports team management software developer TeamSnap has acquired cloud-based, youth sports management start Korrio, the two companies announced on Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. The acquisition is the second this year for TeamSnap, which is led by CEO Dave DuPont. The company acquired sports tournament and league management provider FanApp Events in June.
