TeamSnap Acquires FanApp Events

Boulder-based sports team management software developer TeamSnap, which is led by Dave DuPont, has acquired FanAppEvents, developer of sports tournament and league management software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to TeamSnap, it will turn FanAppEvents into TeamSnap Tournaments. FanAppEvents was led by co-founder and CEO, Jill Antweiler, and was headquartered in Jefferson, Missouri.
