TeamSnap Buys HomeTeam

Boulder-based TeamSnap said this morning that it has acquired HomeTeam, a mobile app used to organize team rosters, schedules and contacts, which was owned by Crescent Computing. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. HomeTeam is the fourth acquisition which TeamSnap has made since it was started. TeamSnap--which is led by Dave DuPont--said the buy will help the company accelerate its mobile leadership in the sports team management market.
