Kochava Buys MobileRQ

Sandpoint, Idaho-based Kochava, which develops software used to help measure effectiveness of media spend on mobile and connected devices, has acquired MobileRQ, which develops contextual mobile marketing software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Tyler McKinley, co-founder and CEO of MobileRQ, joins Kochava as VP of Marketing Automation Platforms, with co-founder Darin Glatt becoming Director of Engineering. MobileRQ was based in Portland, Oregon.
