IHS Buys ODS-Petrodata

Englewood, Colorado-based IHS said today that it has acquire ODS-Petrodata, a provider of data to the offshore energy industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. IHS said the ODS-Petrodata would be an "excellent fit" within its existing energy business.
