CPI Card Group Files For IPO

Littleton, Colorado-based CPI Card Group, a provider of credit, debit, and prepaid debit cards, has filed for an IPO, saying it is looking to raise up to $100M on the markets. The company, led by Steven Montross, said it intends to list on both the NASDAQ Global Select Market and the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company's IPO is being underwritten by BMO Capital Markets, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and CIBC. The company says it produced over 360 million payment cards for over 3,200 card issuing banks and prepaid debit card issuers.
