EFT Source Acquired by CPI Card Group

EFT Source, a provider of card personalization service for the ATM and debit card industry, which has major operations in Colorado Springs, has been acquired by CPI Card Group, the company said late Monday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. EFT Source said it will continue its operations in Colorado Springs, along with operations in Nashville, Tennessee. CPI Card Group also has facilities in Colorado. Both companies provide production of credit cards for a wide range of financial customers.
