Dynamic Card Solutions Acquired

Englewood, Colorado-based Dynamic Card Solutions, a developer of software used by banks, credit unions, and retailers to issue PIN numbers, has been acquired. According to Minnetonka, Minnesota-based Datacard Group, it has acquired Dynamic Card Solutions, along with the DCS CardWizard software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Datacard said the buy would strategically expand its portfolio of products. Datacard said it plans to maintain both the staff and Denver facility of Dynamic Card Solutions.
