RightNow Launches Video Contest

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, a provider of software-as-a-service, customer relationship management tools, said today that it is launching a new video contest. According to the firm, its new contest asks companies' customer care teams celebrating Customer Service week to capture those celebrations on video, and to submit them for a chance to win prizes. The firm said the winners will be based on creative, imaginations, and enthusiasm, plus mention of RightNow in the video.
