RightNow Wins Sirius XM
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer support and relationship management software-as-a-service, reports today that it has signed an agreement with Sirius XM Radio. RightNow said Sirius XM will use its RightNow CX software for its contact center. Financial details of the win were not announced. RightNow also said that Sirius XM will use its RightNow Web Experience, to improve customer self-service options and to reduce inbound calls and emails.
