RightNow Wins Photobucket

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationship and support software, has scored a win at Denver-based Photobucket, the firm disclosed this morning. RightNow did not detail the financial impact of the win, but said that Photobucket is using the firm's RightNow CX software to help its customer support agents. RightNow replaces another, un-named contact center product that was being used by PhotoBucket. PhotoBucket runs a photo and video sharing site.
