RightNow Signs GameFly

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies has signed video game rental firm GameFly as a customer, the company said Thursday. GameFly will use RightNow's customer relationship management tools to provide web self-service, phone, and email support. GameFly is a popular provider of video game rentals, providing continuous rental of games through the postal service. RightNow said that GameFly has integrated its existing account management application with RightNow. RightNow provides web-based tools for customer relationship management (CRM).
