Mincom Wins Coal Producer

Mincom, a developer of software for managing the businesses of mining, defense, energy, public infrastructure and transit firms, said Monday that it has signed on coal producer Arch Coal as a customer. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Mincom, which is based in Australia, maintains its U.S. headquarters in the Denver area. The firm is owned by private equity firm Francisco Partners.
