Mincom Buys Conversant

Mincon Limited, an Australian firm which maintains its U.S. headquarters in Englewood, Colorado, said today that it has acquired the customer information and billing systems business of Conversant, Inc., a Missouri-based provider of software for utilities and energy providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. Conversant's products are used for managing customer care and billing for energy utilities.
