CSG Systems Completes $23.5M ComTec Buy

CSG Systems International Inc., a provider of outsourced customer care, billing and printing and mailing services for the telecommunications industry, reported today that it has completed its acquisition of ComTec Inc. CSG Systems originally announced its intention to purchase the privately held print- and electronic statement-processing firm on June 11. CSG Systems said it would pay $23.5 million in cash for ComTec and might pay an additional $2.5 million over the next year if certain criteria are met. Based in Fairfield, N.J., ComTec employs more than 100 people. CSG Systems International is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado.
