Sunquest Information Systems Acquisition Completes

Tucson, Arizona-based Sunquest Information Systems, which provides diagnostic and laboratory information systems to health care providers, has officially become part of Roper Industries, Roper said Thursday. Roper said the deal was worth approximately $1.415 billion. The deal had previously been announced.
