CSG Systems Completes $39M Purchase of Dataprose

CSG Systems International Inc., an Englewood, Colo.-based provider of outsourced customer care and billing services, announced today that its acquisition of DataProse Inc. has closed. According to CSG's initial April 17 announcement, the company paid some $39 million in cash for DataProse, a statement presentment and direct mail services provider headquartered in Oxnard, Calif. DataProse boasts some 130 employees and was established in 1990 by Xerox veteran Glenn Carter and Kinko's founder Paul Orfalea.
