NetDocuments Acquired By Clearlake Capital

Lehi, Utah-based NetDocuments, a provider of cloud-based document management, email management, and collaboration software for law firms and corporate legal and compliance customers, has been acquired by private equity investor Clearlake Capital, the two companies announced this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Clearlake Capital said the company will continue to be led by Matt Duncan, CEO, and Alvin Tedjamulia, CTO, both of whom join the company's board alongside Clearlake Capital. Clearlake Capital is based in Santa Monica, California.
