NetDocuments Names CFO

Salt Lake City-based NetDocuments, the provider of secure cloud-based document, email, and collaboration management software for the legal industry, has named a new CFO, the company said this morning. NetDocuments said it has named Pete Childs--most recently, the CFO of Workfront--as its new Chief Financial Officer. Childs was previously Chief Financial Officer at Workfront, and also served as CFO of Cvent. NetDocuments was acquired last year by public equity investor Clearlake Capital.
