NetDocuments Names New COO, Sales Head

Salt Lake City-based secure document management software developer NetDocuments, along with its private equity investor, Clearlake Capital, said this morning that it has named Josh Baxter and President and Chief Operating Officer at the company, and set Michael Gibson as Chief Revenue Officer. Baxter was previously Executive Vice President of Customer Success & Services at Ivanti, and Gibson was previously SVP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at ECi Software Solutions. Clearlake acquired NetDocuments in March of this year. NetDocuments sells its secure, cloud-based document management and email compliance software to law firms and corporate legal and compliance departments.
