NetDocuments Acquisition By Private Equity Investor Completes

Lehi, Utah-based NetDocuments, the provider of cloud-based document and email management services for the legal industry, is now officially owned by private equity investor Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., the two said today. Financial details of the acquisition and investment were not announced. The two had announced the deal on March 2nd. NetDocuments was advised by William Blair & Company LLC in the deal; the deal was financed by AB Private Credit Investors. Clearlake said that both Matt Duncan, CEO NetDocuments, and Alvin Tedjamulia, CTO NetDocuments, have joined the NetDocuments board alongside its own representatives. Duncan and Tedjamulia will continue to run the company after the acquisition.
