CloudCherry Now part Of Cisco
Salt Lake City-based CloudCherry, the developer of software used for predictive analytics and other contact center analytics, is now officially part of Cisco, Cisco said on Friday. Cisco had announced the acquisition of CloudCherry in August. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced. Cisco said that CloudCherry has become part of Cisco's Contact Center business unit. CloudCherry's software had been used for predictive analytics, rich customer journey mapping and surveys by contact center operators. The company's founder and CEO was Vinod Muthukrishnan, and the company had been backed by such investors as Vertex Ventures, Pelion, and Cisco.
