, Cisco announced on Monday morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. CloudCherry's software used predictive analytics to help improve customer loyalty and help contact center agents cross-sell, offer discounts, and suggest service modifications to their customers. CloudCherry will become part of Cisco's Contact Center Solutions business.
