CloudCherry Acquired By Cisco
Salt Lake City, Utah-based CloudCherry, a developer of customer experience management and contact center software, has been acquired by Cisco, Cisco announced on Monday morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. CloudCherry's software used predictive analytics to help improve customer loyalty and help contact center agents cross-sell, offer discounts, and suggest service modifications to their customers. CloudCherry will become part of Cisco's Contact Center Solutions business.
