, Allstate announced this morning, in a deal worth $525M. Allstate said the all-cash deal will help it accelerate its expansion into the identity protection area. InfoArmor provides identity protection to more than 1 million employees and their family members at over 1,400 firms, according to Allstate. John Schreiber is CEO of InfoArmor. InfoArmor was previously backed by private equity investor Summit Partners.
