InfoArmor Secures Investment From Summit Partners
Scottsdale, Arizona- and Menlo Park-based InfoArmor, a provider of cyber intelligence services and identity protection software, has secured an investment from private equity investor Summit Partners, the company announced on Tuesday. The size of that investment was not announced. The company also said it has named John Schreiber, previously President and CFO of the company, to the post of CEO. Former CEO Drew Smith becomes Executive Chairman. Summit has been an investor in InfoArmor since May of 2016. InfoArmor said the new funds will go towards future acquisition opportunities and expansion efforts.
