Swisslog Acquires Talyst Systems
Denver-based Swisslog Healthcare, which provides supply chain management solutions and pharmacy automation systems, has acquired Seattle-based Talyst Systems, a developer of pharmacey automation products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Talyst was owned by Columbia Pacific Advisors, a private equity and investment firm that is also based in Seattle. Colunbia Pacific Advisors had acquired Talyst in 2015.
