CSG Systems International Inc., a provider of customer care and billing services, revealed Monday that it has finalized its purchase of Prairie Voice Services Inc. CSG originally announced its intent to acquire the company July 30. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, CSG said Prairie Voice Services will change its name to Prairie Interactive Messaging Inc. in hopes of better conveying Prairie's capabilities as a provider of messaging services that manage customer interaction. The subsidiary will operate as a wholly owned company, CSG said. CSG Systems is headquartered in Englewood, Colo.
