Rogue Wave Buys Klocwork For Source Code Analysis
Boulder-based software development tools vendor Rogue Wave Software has acquired Klocwork, a developer of software development tools used for source code analysis, the company announced this morning. Rogue Wave did not disclose financial details of the deal. Klocwork was based in Ottawa, Ontario. Klocwork's software is used by software developers to help analyze their source code, for peer reviews, and more for both enterprise and embedded development, with a particular focus on identifying security vulnerabilities and reliability issues in code.
