Rogue Wave Adds Intel Xeon Phi Support
Boulder-based software development tools provider Rogue Wave Software added support for Intel's latest generation coprocessor, the company announced this week. Rogue Wave said its TotalView debugger--which is used in debugging software in embedded systems--now supports the Intel Xeon Phi coprocessor, Cray XC30 series supercomputers, and Apple OS X Lion and Mountain Lion platforms. Rogue Wave says its updated TotalView software has been deployed at a number of customers, including National Institute for Computational Sciences (NICS) and Sandia National Laboratories. Rogue Wave's TotalView debugger allows developers to develop and follow their code as it executes on a processor, to help locate and fix bugs.
