Boulder Dangles Airplane Tickets For Startup Week
How do you attract the best and brightest people in technology to join your startup community? How do you get someone who's never visited your city to consider moving there? You offer them a plane ticket, of course! That's what the organizers of Boulder Startup Week are doing--for the second year in a row--saying that the group will fly out 7 people--and maybe more--to come visit the area as part of its events in mid May. The group is looking for people who want jobs in technology, and would consider relocating to Boulder, and offering them a plane ticket to come join the week worth of startup related events. The group flew six people in last year from around the country. Boulder Startup Week runs from May 16th to May 20th, and will showcase the startup culture and activities in the city.
