Boulder is one of several cities that is better than Silicon Valley for your startup, so says Mitali Rakhit, a columnist in Fortune this week. Rakhit says cities such as Santiago, Chile; Boulder, Colorado; Dubai; Omaha, Nebraska; and Bangalore, India offer much better "bang for your buck" for cash-strapped startups.
