RightNow Bolsters EMEA Execs
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow said today that it has bolstered its EMEA organization, with two new executives. According to RightNow, it has named Ian Tickle as Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and appointed Marcel Karssen Vice P Resident of EMEA Customer Experience and operations. Tickle was most recently EMEA Sales Director of the Omniture Business Unit at Adobe Systems,, and was previously Omniture's General Manager of UK, Ireland, and South Africa. He also has served at Tumbleweed, Tripwire and WebTrends. Karssen was previously CFO of Q-go, which was recently acquired by RightNow; he has also served at Oracle, Prolin, Amyyon and Redwood.
