Bozeman, Montana-based CRM software provider RightNow Technologies said last night that it has promoted two of its executives. Susan Carstensen, the firm's CFO, has been promoted to COO; Jeff Davison, the firm's VP of Finance and Operations, is now CFO. According to Greg Gianforte, the firm's CEO, the moves give him the opportunity to devote more of his time and energy to customers and partners. Carstensen has been at RightNow since 1999. Jeff Davison has also been at RightNow since 1999. RightNow is a provider of software-as-a-service, customer relationship management and support software.
