RightNow Appoints New Sales VP
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationships and support software, said Friday morning that it has bolstered its sales execs. The firm appointed Tom Shepherd as Vice President, Global Indirect Sales. Shepherd joins the firm from Convergys Corporation, and also had served at Nuance Communications, Avaya, and Cummins Engine Company. RightNow develops software-as-a-service tools used for CRM and customer support.
