TrueTouch Technologies, which is developing non-invasive, detection systems for measuring intoxication, said Tuesday that it has raised $1.3M in a combination of venture and angel investment funding. The firm said the round was led by the Verge Fund, and also included Launchpad Venture Group, Synergy Ventures, Fort Washington Investment Advisors, and other private investors. The company said that funding will go towards product commercialization and new technology development. The firm described the round as an "interim funding."
