Albuquerque, New Mexico-based
TruTouch Technologies, a developer of non-invasive biometric intoxication detection systems, said this morning that it has close an $2.1M, expanded Series A-1 investment round. The round came from venture and angel investors. Investors were led by the Verge Fund, as well as Launchpad Venture Group, Synergy Ventures, Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Jerome Capital, Takata, KS Centoco, and individual private investors. According to the company, the new round will go towards product commercialization and new technology development. TruTouch is headed by Dr. Richard D. Gill.
