Cemaphore, a developer of email synchronization software which has its development offices in Provo, Utah, has reportedly been acquired, according to
a report in industry publication eWeek. No details on the acquisition have been announced by the firm. According to eWeek, a possible buyer of the firm is Salt Lake City-based
Sparxent. Cemaphore is venture backed by Mayfield, vSpring Capital, and Worldview Technology Partners, and has raised around $19.19M in venture funding. If Sparxent is the acquirer, the buy will be the third acquisition for the firm in the last three months.
