Footnote.com, an online site focused on historical documents, is hoping that Facebook users will want to memorialize their friends, family members, and colleagues on the social networking site. The firm said that it has launched a new Facebook application--I Remember--targeted at helping people remember people who have passed away. According to Footnote, the new application is designed to help friends and family remember people who meant the most to them, and will allow users to upload photos, post comments, and add facts about an individual.
