Denver-based corporate training materials provider
Regis Learning Solutions announced Monday that it has merged with Wheat Ridge, Colorado-based
techniques.org, a developer of online learning products. Financial terms of the transaction, which took effect May 1, were not disclosed. Regis said Thomas Tatem, formerly techniques.org's chief operating officer, is now a Regis vice president. Regis added that it will add an office in Washington D.C. as a result of the merger. Founded six years ago, Regis produces customer learning programs for businesses. Techniques.org was founded in 1997.
