Aventa Learning Acquired
Anthem, Arizona-based Aventa Learning, a firm that provides online learning content and services for the K-12 educational market, was acquired Tuesday by KC Distance Learning. KC Distance Learning said it acquired the assets of Aventa, but did not disclose financial terms. KC Learning provides distance learning programs for high school students.
