Prescient Tallies Up 19th Denver Project
Denver-based Prescient, which is applying technology to help rapidly enable the construction of apartments, hotels, and other buildings, says it has jsut reached the 19th building in the Denver area for the company. The company said that its just began assembly on Phase II of the Colorado Christian University (CCU) Resident Hall, its latest project that uses its technology to optimize the design, manufacture, and build of multi-unit steel-framed buildings. The company has been using computer software which automatically creates pre-configured steel posts, panels, and trusses to rapidly complete projects. The company says it now has more than 2.9 million square feet of construction. The company has a long list of wins in Denver, and says it is now looking to grow its reach in other markets around the country.
