LogRhythm Acquired By Private Equity Investor
Boulder-based LogRhythm, the developer of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software, is being acquired by private equity investor Thoma Bravo, the two announced late last week. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. San Francisco-based Thoma Bravo said it would acquire a majority interest in LogRhythm, in a deal which is expected to close in the third quarter of the year. LogRhythm was venture backed by Riverwood Capital, Adams Street Partners, Siemens Venture Capital, Delta-v Capital, EDBI (Singapore), Exclusive Ventures, and Silver Lake Waterman.
