SirsiDynix Acquired By Private Equity Investor

Lehi, Utah-based SirsiDynix, which provides technology products for the library market, has been acquired by private equity investor ICV Partners. SirsiDynix was previously owned by another, private equity investor, Vista Equity Partners. Financial terms of the sale were not announced. SirsiDynix said the company's management team will remain intact, and that the company is also using the sale to increase the employee ownership in the company. Vista Equity will maintain a minority equity in SirsiDynix after the acquisition.
