The Food Corridor Launches Kit To Help Grow Shared Kitchens, Food Incubators

Fort Collins, Colorado-based The Food Corridor--which develops software to manage shared kitchens-- is hoping that you'll be able to tap into a local "food incubator" near you. To that end, the company said today that it has created a new, web-based resource that it says will help people plan new kitchen projects, as well as which shares management practices for the day-to-day operations of a shared-use kitchen. The Food Corridor said its new Shared Kitchen Toolkit was created with Fruition Planning & Management and Purdue University Extension Services, and is available for free.
