Zayo Names New President, COO

Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo Group said on Tuesday that it has named Andrew Crouch as the company's new President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Crouch was most recently regional president of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) for Level 3 Communications, where he had been since 2001; he also has served at British Telecom and Concert Communications, a joint venture between British Telecom and AT&T. Zayo said Crouch will start on April 27th. Zayo's founder and CEO, Dan Caruso, said the appointment comes as part of an effort to "assemble an invigorated post-IPO executive team."
