Zayo Names General Counsel, CTO

Boulder-based Zayo Group said this morning that it has named Wendy Cassity as General Counsel and Dave Jones as Chief Technology Officer at the company. Cassity was most recently Vice President and General Counsel at Thomson Creek Metals Company, and also had served at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Jones was previousy President of Zayo's Dark Fiber Solutions business and SVP of its Mobile Infrastructure Product Group.
