Big Squid Finds $3M For Predictive Analytics Tools

Salt Lake City-based Big Squid, which develops predictive analytics and machine learning software, has raised $3M in a seed funding round, the company said late last week. The funding was led by Silverton Partners and Kickstart Seed Fund. Big Squid is led by Chris Knoch, and helps businesses use data to make business decisions and for forecasting. Dalton Wright of Kickstart Seed Fund and Mike Dodd of Silverton Partners have joined the company's board with the funding.
