HomeAdvisor Partners With Grid4C

Golden, Colorado-based home services marketplace HomeAdvisor has linked up with a developer of predictive analytics and machine learning software for the utility industry. According to HomeAdvisor and Grid4C, a developer of predictive analytics and machine learning software, HomeAdvisor is offering up a predictive analytics product to utilities, which will residential customers when they have faulty or inefficient home appliances. The two said the new service uses artificial intelligence software and smart meters, to help guide residents to the home improvement professionals in HomeAdvisor's marketplace. Financial details of the deal between the companies were not announced. HomeAdvisor is owned by ANGI Homeservices.
