Techstars Anywhere Virtual Accelerator Takes Flight
Boulder-based startup accelerator operator Techstars announced this morning that it is launching a new "virtual accelerator", which seeks to provide the same kind of experience virtually that the startup accelerator is offering. Techstars said the new Techstars Anywhere accelerator will look to provide "a full Techstars experience" to founders who just can't participate in co-location, but where the accelerator experience could be a "game changer". The new effort will initially include four startups, including Smallhold (urban agriculture); Clark.ai (artificial intelligence); Qeepsake (baby memory book created via text messaging queries); and What Tax Form (generating new employee tax documents).
