Prescient Completes Two Projects, In Colorado, Florida

Arvada, Colorado-based Prescient, which is developing technology and products aimed at rapid construction of apartments, dorms, hotels, and other housing, reported the completion of two projects this morning--one in Lonetree, Colorado, and the other in Stuart, Florida. The company said both are senior living projects. The one in Florida, owned by Providence One Partners LLC, is 108,000 square feet with 68 assisted living units and 32 memory care suites. The second, in Lonetree, is owned by MorningStar Senior Living, and was 250,000 square feet with 124 independent living units, 71 assisted living units, and 29 memory care suites. Prescient is led by Satyen Patel. The company's technology quickly takes computerized plans and produces pre-assembled steel posts, trusses, and panels for buildings.
